The dream for Elle was birthed in Leah's heart in 2014. The concept of gathering women together to encourage, inspire, and empower one another, burned with fiery passion in her soul.  She credits Jesus for saving her life, redeeming her past and fuelling a passion in her to share the Word of God.  Her hope is to see all women fall in love with Jesus, to be changed by His Truth, and to live out their life with love and purpose.

Rebecca is the creative genius behind all the symbolic touches at our Elle events and does an incredible job with our social media accounts. Her ability to craft words and images into works of art is only eclipsed by her heart that advocates for those who often go unnoticed.  She is a champion of all humanity and promotes inclusion in every gathering.  She lives her life with authenticity and is full of wisdom. 

Janet manages our community partnerships and facilitates our "Serve" opportunities. Her heart to break down walls of injustice and to empower women is at the forefront of her language, character and passions. Janet lives fiercely and loves boldly.  She is confident in who God has created her to be, and is constantly encouraging others to walk fearlessly in their own journey.
