Aren't these such beautiful reminders?
To let joy overflow – regardless of the season of life that we’re in – purely because we are united with the Anointed One! It so simply puts into perspective where our joy should always originate from… even when the world around us, or a circumstance we’re in, doesn’t appear very joyful in and of itself.
To be saturated in prayer – every day…all throughout the day. This is definitely easier said than done, eh? But isn’t it amazing that the Spirit of God lives in us and we can pray anywhere at any time and about anything? Telling Him every detail that’s on our minds… all the emotions that we’re going through… every single request and desire.
To do our part and let God do His… that we would do the acknowledging of Who He is…desiring His direction for our lives.. and then let Him do His part by revealing the answers to us.
Sometimes…some days… these can be hard to do just because our perspective is off. But being reminded of them regularly, certainly helps me. What about you? Do you struggle with finding joy? Or praying? Or waiting on God for His clarity and direction.
Let’s commit today to seek Him first… be joyful in the fact that we’re united with Him… pray, pray, pray… and then let us be satisfied with the answers He gives us.
