Draw Near to Grace

“God saved you by His grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago”. – Ephesians 2:8-10

Praise God for the gift of Grace!

It’s by grace that we are saved.

It’s grace that heals and restores us.

It’s grace that indwells peace and joy in our hearts.

It’s grace that fills us with wonder and amazement at the creation around us.

It’s grace that reveals His purpose for us and gives us the strength to fulfill it.

It’s grace that tells us who we are, regardless of how we feel.

It’s by God’s grace that we can stand on the promises of His Word.

Isn’t the grace of God amazing?

God, thank you for your grace that brings me life and breath. Restore to me the joy of salvation and make me willing to obey your commands. (Psalm 51:12) May thanksgiving for all that You’ve done and continue to do in and through me, be on the tip of my tongue, so I always have reason to praise You. Draw near to me God, as I lean into You – to know You and to be known by You. (James 4:8). Curb my emotions to reflect Your goodness, and to express Your heart. Help me to meditate on Your Word and bring fresh excitement and energy to my Spirit. I welcome and receive the fullness of Your grace today. Amen!
